Procurement Scope
The procurement scope includes industrial valves, automatic valves, manual valves and piping items. Suppliers are requested to quote strictly according to the attached item lists, technical specifications, materials, pressure classes, end connections, actuator requirements and quantities.
1. Piping Items and Manual Valves
This package includes 27 line items, mainly covering:
- Plugs;
- Gate Valves;
- Swing Check Valves;
- Globe Valves;
- Ball Valves;
- Butterfly Valves.
Main sizes include 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1 1/2", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", 16", 18", 50mm, 63mm, 110mm and 180mm.
Main pressure classes and standards include:
- 150#, 300#, 800#, 3000#;
- API 600, API 602, API 609, API 6D, BS 1868, BS 1873, BS 5351, BS EN ISO 15761 and ASME B16.11.
Main materials include:
- ASTM A105;
- ASTM A216 WCB;
- ASTM A216 GR. WCB;
- ASTM A48-76 Gr.40B;
- SS316;
- 13% Cr;

Note: Some quantities and units are not shown in the list. Suppliers shall quote according to the attached RFQ documents or the final quantity confirmation from the buyer.
2. Automatic Valves
The automatic valve package includes 8 line items with a total quantity of approximately 117 units. The main product type is Butterfly Valve with pneumatic or motorized actuator.

Suppliers are requested to provide the following information in their quotation:

- Itemized quotation according to Item No. or MTO Code;
- Brand, model, size, material, pressure class, end connection and applicable standard;
- Unit price, total price, currency and trade terms;
- Shortest delivery lead time;
- Country of origin;
- Technical datasheets, catalogues, drawings or product documents;
- Quality certificates, material certificates, inspection certificates and relevant approvals;
- Packing method, shipping method and quotation validity;
- Any technical deviation shall be clearly stated.
